This week I conducted the second round of user testing and invited three users.

For the user testing content, I printed thumbnails of the Web and App prototypes to show how all interfaces and responses relate to each other.

The user pool selected in the second round is expanded to include a broader or different user group to gain different perspectives on the usability and appeal of the prototype. After the first round of user testing focused on evaluating the intuitiveness and efficiency of the prototype's functionality, the goal of the second round of user testing turned to refining and validating improvements based on feedback from the first round. Whether changes made after the first round of user testing have successfully resolved the identified issues. This involves confirming whether modifications enhance the user experience as intended. The second round helps identify any new issues that may have arisen in the first round of revisions. Focus on consistency in the user experience across different parts of your application or website. It’s important to ensure that the entire product is cohesive and consistently meets user expectations.
